Battlefront.com, makers of the Combat Mission series of games, has announced a the Combat Mission: Afrika Korps Companion: The Battery Commander, his Batman, and a Cook is now shipping.
This book features more than 150 accounts from two dozen sources. I must say it is great scenario material.

We are pleased to announce a new team member-Thomas Killerich. He hails from Denmark and is known to be a crafty and skilled player, as well as posesses some first rate playtesting skills. Please give him a hearty round of applause.

The Rumblings of War IV Tournament signup will open Sunday, Febuary 1, 2004 at 12AM Eastern Standard Time.
This tournament will feature five completely new CMAK scenarios from your favorite designers. In addition, the lucky winners of each of the three sections will receive one case of very fine South African Wine from Charl "WineCape" Theron.

In addition there have been some minor website updates. Most notably is the Historical Battles and the enhanced title at the top. In addition, we now display the 10 most recent battles on the home page.
Boots & Tracks is proud to present the Rumbings of War IV Tournament. This very special event will feature eight new scenarios for the 72 players. In addition, winners in each of the three sections will receive a prize of one case of very, very good South African wine graciously donated by Charl "Winecape" Theron.
The ROW Tournament Manual is now avaliable online. Signups for the current iteration of this event will start on Febuary 1. Stay tuned for official sigup procedures and such, and clear out that late winter/early spring schedule. This one will be a doozey.

Welcome to the new, modernized Boots & Tracks website. We hope you like it.
This rebuild has embraced many new techniques. The back end has been rewritten from scratch. It is now much more flexible and will allow us to give you many more features in the long run. In addition, this site is completely standards based, making for much lighter HTML and more advanced visual effects.
Given the completely fresh nature of the application, there are some bugs remaining. If you see anything that looks off or does not work, please do not hesitate to email me and inform me of the issue so that it can be resolved.
